보험사가 만든 '챗GPT'는 이런 모습… 교보GPT, 뭐가 달라?

교보생명이 챗GPT를 임직원들 업무에 본격 활용하기 시작했다. 사진은 교보생명 광화문사옥./사진=교보생명  교보생명이 보험업계 최초로 생성형 AI(인공지능) 챗GPT를 활용한 '교보GPT 서비스'를 도입했다. 17일 교보생명에 따르면 이번 서비스 도입은 챗GPT를 보험 업무에 접목해 임직원들의 디지털 전환 역량을 높이고 한 차원 높은 고객가치를 제공하기 위해 마련했다. 교보GPT는 마이크로소프트 애저 GPT(MS Azure GPT)를 활용해 교보생명 클라우드 환경에서 업무에 활용할 수 있는 프라이빗 챗GPT다. MS 애저 오픈AI 내에 데이터 저장공간을 분리하는 방식으로 서비스를 제공한다. 기업이 정한 보안규정을 준수하기 때문에 정보 유출 우려 없이 안심하고 사용할 수 있다. 프라이빗 챗GPT는 사용자를 지정할 수 있고 향상된 보안 환경으로 기업 내 민감정보를 보호한다. 또한 내부 시스템과의 연계, 규정 및 거버넌스 표준 준수가 가능하다는 장점이 있다. 우선 교보생명은 교보GPT를 사내 오픈해 임직원들이 업무에 활용할 수 있도록 지원한다. 이후 개선점을 도출해 보험약관GPT, 은퇴설계GPT 등 고객이 직접 활용할 수 있는 서비스로 확대해 나갈 방침이다. '보험약관GPT'는 고객이 어려워하는 보험약관을 상품별, 가입기간별로 요약해 쉽게 설명해주는 서비스다. 교보생명은 향후 AI 챗봇은 물론 음성봇을 활용한 AICC(인공지능컨택센터)까지 보험약관GPT 사용을 확대해 고객 만족도를 높일 계획이다. '은퇴설계GPT'는 교보생명 통합앱에서 제공 중인 금융마이데이터 은퇴설계 서비스에 적용되며, 챗GPT 고객상담을 통한 맞춤형 은퇴설계 솔루션을 제공한다. 교보생명은 교보GPT 도입과 함께 임직원의 AI 활용 역량 강화를 위한 교육 과정을 개설하고생성형 AI의 이해, 프롬프트 엔지니어링, AI 활용 유의사항 등을 주제로 교육을 진행한다. 이를 통해 교보GPT에 엑셀, 파이썬, 파워포인트를 접목하고 보고서 초안 작성 등을 활용한 RPA 영역까지 교보GPT를 확대해 나갈 계획이다.
